Become a Corporate Partner

The Connecticut Oncology Association (CtOA) invites companies to become annual Corporate Partners of the Association. Membership allows corporations to participate in educational and advocacy activities of CtOA, and to promote scientific inquiry and exchange among members.

All Corporate Partners will receive email communications regarding notifications about CtOA meetings, advocacy, payment policy and issues, and updates on local, state and national issues of concern to the practices and patients dealing with cancer in CT.

Levels of Membership



$8,000 - Charter Oak Corporate Partner

  register up to two representatives for each of the online or group meetings scheduled for CtOA membership (2 - 5 per year), and to register additional representatives (beyond the initial two), space permitting, at a cost of $50 at registration.  

 Receive email communications regarding advocacy, payment policy, and issues and updates on local, state and national issues of concern to the practices and patients dealing with cancer in CT.

As always, the Executive Director of CtOA remains readily accessible to address oncology advocacy and landscape issues at any point during the year.  Our Board is being expanded, and we anticipate future CtOA Board activity in 2021.

Charter Oak Corporate Partners may offer one webinar per year, publicized by and within the CTOA to CtOA members.  CtOA will work with the Corporate Partners to disseminate information about the webinar, but does not offer any guarantees regarding attendance.


$5,000 - Nutmeg Corporate Partner

 Register one representative at meetings (with a possibility of one more space permitting and with permission from the CtOA Executive Director – at a cost of $50 upon registration) 

  recognized on the website, with a weblink attached to their name that goes to their corporate website
